Truecaller: Phone Call Blocker26.35.7

Screen incoming calls with caller information, block unwanted numbers, and filter spam messages before they interrupt you. Truecaller can identify callers who are not saved in your contacts, helping you decide whether to answer calls from unfamiliar numbers. Its automatic detection can stop robocallers, telemarketers, scammers, fraudsters, and other suspicious or unwanted phone numbers and SMS messages.

A reverse number lookup lets you search an unfamiliar caller using a community-maintained spam database updated by millions of users worldwide. You can make Truecaller your default calling app to manage incoming and outgoing calls, record calls, and place voice calls to other Truecaller users. Video Caller ID can play a short recorded video when you call friends or family, while call history, call logs, contacts, messages, block lists, and settings can be backed up to and restored from Google Drive.

The app suits people screening unknown callers, avoiding fraudulent messages, or managing persistent telemarketing calls on Android devices. In version 26.35.7, the Assistant is easier to configure and can handle unknown numbers and identify scams in real time, including calls from numbers that appear safe; Family Protection also adds safeguards for loved ones against spam and scam calls. Redesigned blocking controls improve management of unwanted calls, alongside bug fixes, performance improvements, and a smoother experience. It is free to use, with a paid version offering additional features.
