64Gram

64Gram provides Telegram users with an unofficial Telegram Desktop client built as a native 64-bit Windows program. It keeps the familiar Telegram Desktop foundation while adding a few enhancements to this adapted build. The project addresses the lack of an official Windows 64-bit build by offering an x64 alternative from TDesktop-x64.

It is intended for sending messages and using Telegram through a desktop interface, especially for people who prefer software designed specifically for 64-bit Windows. The current version is 1.2.7, and the project is suitable for everyday Telegram communication on compatible desktop systems. Users interested in localization can work from the supplied translation template, naming language files from the language ID shown in Telegram’s log.txt; the base ID is marked as work in progress and should be ignored.

64Gram supports Windows 7 and later and is described as a 64-bit build, while the project’s platform notes also mention macOS 10.12 and newer and list Windows generally as 32-bit and 64-bit. It is released as freeware, with source code under GPLv3 with an OpenSSL exception.
