AdGuard Home Beta

AdGuard Home filters DNS requests for every device on a network, blocking domains associated with advertisements and tracking before those connections are made. It provides a centralized alternative to configuring filtering separately on phones, computers, televisions, and other connected equipment. Once devices use AdGuard Home for DNS resolution, the filtering rules apply across the network rather than only inside a particular browser or app.

The service combines blocklists with allowlists and custom filtering rules, so administrators can adjust which domains are blocked or permitted. Its web interface presents DNS query activity and filtering statistics, helping users see which devices are making requests and how those requests are handled. Per-client settings allow different devices or groups of devices to receive distinct filtering policies.

AdGuard Home suits households, small offices, and technically minded administrators who want network-wide control over advertising and tracking. The Windows release supports x64 systems running Windows 10 or later and Windows Server 2016 or later. It is published by AdGuard and distributed under an open-source license.

The current version, 0.108.0-b.85, updates its frontend libraries to address the vulnerability identified as CVE-2026-40175 and updates Go to version 1.26.2 with fixes for vulnerabilities in that toolchain. It also corrects forwarding of root-domain requests when domain-specific upstream DNS servers are configured and preserves the strict SNI check setting when TLS configuration changes.
