AeroZoom

Scripted in AHK, AeroZoom enhances upon Windows Magnifier and optionally Sysinternals ZoomIt to enable screen magnification by mouse-wheeling, as well as turning any mouse into a Home-Theater PC/presentation mouse, where zooming and positioning becomes a breeze without a keyboard

About

AeroZoom is a Windows utility for enlarging the entire screen when viewing smaller text, detailed content, or presentation material. It supports full-screen zooming through the mouse wheel or pinch-to-zoom gestures, providing an alternative to standard keyboard-based controls. The tool is intended for presentations, teaching, screencasting, gaming, home-theater PCs, and users who need larger on-screen content, including elderly users and people with visual disabilities.

The utility includes several zoom modes, including Reverse Zoom and Elastic Zoom. Users can zoom in, zoom out, or reset the view without relying on a keyboard, which allows more operations to be performed with one hand. AeroZoom can also associate keyboard controls commonly used during presentations with mouse buttons and controls on the AeroZoom Panel. The panel provides access to additional functions and can be opened with a mouse-button combination.

After running AeroZoom.exe, the documented controls include holding the left mouse button while moving the wheel up or down to change magnification. Holding the left and middle mouse buttons resets the zoom, while holding the left and right mouse buttons opens the AeroZoom Panel. The left-button modifier can be replaced with another modifier, such as Ctrl, through the panel.

In the MirrorNest catalog, AeroZoom belongs to the Windows utilities category because it changes how users control and view screen content rather than serving as a general presentation or media application. Its license is unknown, so licensing terms should be checked in the official release information. MirrorNest links directly to the official release instead of hosting or mirroring the software.
