About

Akka CLI lets developers build Akka applications from a command-line session and deploy them when they are ready. It brings those two stages into one shell-based workflow for teams that manage Akka projects through terminal commands. Through its commands, users can create new services, deploy them, and stream logs while those services run.

The CLI gives users control over all aspects of their Akka account from the command line, including inviting additional developers to join projects. Command completion helps with entering commands, while a list of akka commands provides a reference to the available operations. These capabilities suit developers working on Akka applications who need to build, deploy, inspect runtime output, or add colleagues during project work.

Akka publishes the Windows release, and current version 3.0.81 is intended for x64 systems. It fits Windows-based development environments where application builds, service deployment, account actions, and project collaboration are handled from the terminal.
