About
Altova MapForce Server executes predefined data mappings to convert and integrate information between different sources and destinations, automating recurring ETL work instead of requiring manual file or record handling. From Altova, this Windows server product supports any combination of XML, JSON, databases, EDI, XBRL, flat files, Excel, and Web services.
Mappings are designed and tested in MapForce, then preprocessed into MapForce Server execution files for repeatable command-line processing. Preprocessing optimizes the mappings, improving speed and reducing memory use for most transformation jobs. Input and output execution parameters, multiple source systems, and multiple destinations support enterprise integration workflows, while unlimited unique mappings can be maintained.
MapForce Server also handles Shopify and GraphQL data, supports major databases without separate connector modules, and can combine the supported formats within one transformation. It includes the MapForce data-transformation engine and can run under FlowForce Server, independently from the command line, or programmatically through an API. It suits developers, integration teams, and organizations that need scheduled or repeatable conversions across business systems.
Version 2026.02.00 is an x64 release available for Windows Server Desktop and Core editions 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025, as well as Windows 10 and 11.
