Billings Pro1.8.1

Billings Pro lets you prepare estimates, quotes, and invoices while recording the time spent on client work in one Mac-based billing workspace. Start an estimate from a template, fill in the project details, and adjust it with a customer from an iPhone or iPad when plans change. Quotes can be calculated by time, fixed fee, quantity, expense, or entire project, making the software useful for freelancers and service teams handling varied engagements.

Record billable time on a Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, switch between timers for different projects, and set billing increments that match your preferred way of charging. Reports break recorded hours down by project, client, and team member, helping you see where working time went. For invoicing, select a template, add time and expense slips, and send the finished document from a Mac, iPhone, or iPad. Reminders can flag invoices that are due or overdue, while payment tracking shows who has paid, outstanding balances, and each client’s retainer balance.

Billings Pro also provides account summaries and totals for billed work, with client and project management suited to people who need to handle several engagements at once. Its native apps synchronize work across Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, so a timer can begin on the watch, an invoice can be created on an iPad, and payments can be reviewed on a Mac. Billings Pro is freeware in the Finance & Shopping category for macOS 12 Monterey or later, supports Intel and Apple Silicon, and the current version is 1.8.1,39116,2026-04-06-1244.
