Check scheduled and live public-transport departures for a single stop, then use Bimba to find a route between two points or compare connections across borders. It brings timetable information and real-time departures to a phone, helping passengers replace ad hoc stop checking with one place for journeys in multiple cities. Transitous supplies route planning and geocoding for feeds it covers, gathering transport data from providers around the globe.

Search nearby stops, locate a stop by QR code in selected timetables, or find stops served by a particular line. Departure entries can show vehicle attributes when that information is available, while the live map displays vehicles and stops in real time. From the map, users can select stops, vehicles, and journey points, and favorite stops can be saved on the main screen.

Commuters, travelers, and anyone navigating city transit can use it for a quick departure check, a cross-border itinerary, or map-based exploration of a network. Realtime results depend on the data supplied by operators, and route planning for a newly desired network requires that network to be added to Transitous through its documentation. Bimba is open-source, avoids tracking and advertising, and runs on Android 5.0 or later with a Universal build.

Current version 3.99 is Transitous-only; it adds choices for the system font and a light map while using dark mode. It also corrects stop-time lookups for dates other than the current time and removes support for the szczanieckiej backend.
