blobsaver saves SHSH blobs for Apple devices through a graphical desktop interface, handling the process with tsschecker instead of requiring direct command-line use. The airsquared project also includes a command-line interface, so scheduled or scripted blob-saving tasks can be automated alongside the GUI workflow. It can run automatic saves in the background, including captures for beta software without manually entering a URL.

The program reads the device ECID and can obtain both the apnonce and generator from unjailbroken or jailbroken devices, along with other device information. It supports keeping an unlimited number of devices in its collection, making it practical for people managing several iPhones or preserving blobs over time. A single action can also save blobs to TSS Saver and SHSH Host, extending its destinations beyond local storage.

Version 3.6.0 adds the iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max, and introduces the ${Name} save-path variable so stored files can include the device name. It also fixes a five-second launch delay on macOS Sonoma, raises the minimum macOS version to 11.0 Big Sur, returns to DMG releases there, moves more devices behind the Show Older Devices toggle, and updates dependencies to Java 21.
