Place falling shapes on the board, rotate them into position, and complete horizontal lines to clear them in BlockDrop: Block Puzzle. The game recreates classic Tetris-style play with all seven tetromino shapes, smooth movement, and responsive controls. Its clean, modern interface keeps the playfield and controls easy to follow during quick sessions or longer score-chasing games.
A hold function lets you save a piece for later, while the upcoming-piece preview helps you plan several moves ahead. Move pieces left or right with arrow keys or swipe gestures, rotate them with the Up arrow or a tap, and use the Down arrow or a downward swipe for a soft drop. Desktop players can hard-drop with Space, while mobile players can double-tap; a hold key or dedicated hold button stores the current piece.
Score tracking records progress, and multiple themes change the game’s visual presentation without altering its core rules. Built with Flutter, the project supports iOS, Android, Web, Windows, macOS, and Linux, with controls intended for both mobile and desktop play. Its icons and visual assets were created specifically for BlockDrop.
The Android release requires Android 7.0 or later and the arm64-v8a architecture. Version 1.0.68 is open-source, and development can be handled in an editor such as VS Code.
