Cardo Update4.7.0

Cardo Update brings firmware updates to Packtalk and Freecom motorcycle intercoms on a Mac, keeping a Cardo Bluetooth headset current with newer features and bug fixes. It supports Cardo’s current Packtalk Pro, Packtalk Edge, Packtalk Neo, Freecom 4x, Freecom 2x, Spirit, Spirit HD, and Outdoor units. For these models, the update is delivered over the air after the headset is paired with the Cardo Connect app, which presents the required onscreen instructions. Use the original Cardo USB cable as part of the update setup.

The software is intended for motorcyclists who use Cardo communications hardware and want to refresh its firmware before riding or apply fixes and feature updates as they become available. Cardo Connect acts as the companion app for managing and controlling the Cardo unit, while the update workflow handles the headset’s software refresh.

Compatibility starts at Windows 7 or Mac OS X 10.11, and the macOS build supports both Intel and Apple Silicon architectures. Cardo Update 4.7.0 is distributed as freeware for macOS. A compatible Cardo unit, the Cardo Connect app, and the original Cardo USB cable form the required equipment for carrying out the update process.
