dandelior*1.3.5

Browse diaspora* posts and interact with the community from an Android phone through dandelior*, which displays pod content in a mobile-oriented interface. It is an open-source client for diaspora*, a community-run, distributed social network, providing quick access to most of its main features. The app is intended for diaspora* users who want to reach the broader network while away from a desktop.

Content can be shared to and from dandelior*, and proxy connections are supported, including Tor through Orbot. Its integrated browser opens articles inside the app, while tag and aspect browsing help users find and organize relevant posts. Dark and AMOLED display modes are available, and the interface can use any supported language independently of the Android system language.

People looking for a place to register can browse a list of pods and view additional pod details through podupti.me. Multiple accounts can be used on one device with dandelior* and dandelion*, whose different icons and default colors make the two apps easier to distinguish.

The app relies on Android WebView to show diaspora* pod content in its mobile view, so some missing functions or issues may originate in that view. Version 1.3.5 supports Android 4.2 and later on Universal architecture.
