Create desktop tiles for bookmarked web addresses and use them to open each destination directly from the Windows desktop. Every tile can be assigned to a browser and a specific browser profile, so the same URL opens in the browsing context you choose.
Selecting a tile launches its saved URL through the assigned browser and profile, making it practical to separate work, personal, and other browsing destinations. The launcher is aimed at people who want quick access to recurring web locations without treating the program as a web browser. It produces no telemetry, and its only network activity is the browser activity triggered when you launch a URL.
Desktop Tile Launcher is an open-source System Tools utility from 108thecitizen for x64 systems running Windows 10 or later or Windows Server 2016 or later. Its focused tile-based design suits anyone who keeps several browser profiles or frequently returns to particular online services.
Version 0.3.5 introduces an auto-fit grid policy that adjusts tile layout for each monitor, maximizes visible tiles, and avoids horizontal scrolling. It also preserves window geometry, including changes made by resizing, so the launcher can retain its preferred dimensions between uses.
