About
DNClient connects a Mac to a managed Nebula network and creates peer-to-peer VPN communication with its participating devices. It gives machines in that private network a way to communicate across separate locations or network boundaries under one administration. The client is used on each Mac that needs to join the deployment, turning that computer into an endpoint of the managed Nebula environment.
After connection, the Mac can reach other nodes covered by the same Nebula network through its VPN paths. This arrangement suits organizations, teams, and administrators coordinating private connectivity for distributed computers. Its defining distinction is the peer-to-peer model, which connects participating endpoints directly within the managed network rather than presenting a general-purpose VPN service.
DNClient is freeware in the Security & Privacy category for MacOS. The current version is 0.9.9,8c94ab95. It requires macOS 13 Ventura or newer and supports both Intel and Apple Silicon architectures. A user should therefore deploy it on a compatible Mac that is intended to participate in a managed Nebula network.
Requires macOS 13 Ventura+ · Architecture: Intel & Apple Silicon
