DuctZone: Airzone duct calculation1.6.3.0

DuctZone lets HVAC designers and installers calculate and lay out ductwork for an installation, turning a project plan into a measured duct design. It supports HVAC projects using any technology and is especially suited to work that incorporates Airzone control solutions.

A project can begin with an image or CAD file of the application plan, onto which the required Airzone control elements can be placed. Users select the calculation method that best matches the project so the application can be sized appropriately. They can then draw the ductwork and position every system element directly over the imported plan.

The finished calculation produces a detailed report containing the system connection diagram, ductwork sizing, an explanation of the proposed solution, and material measurements at RRP. A copy of the DuctZone report can be shared with Airzone to obtain continued project support. The software is aimed at professionals designing HVAC installations, preparing duct arrangements, or integrating Airzone control technology into their plans, and Airzone also provides a DuctZone training course covering the engineering workflow and related resources.
