GlucoseCalibration lets researchers calibrate DSI’s HD-XG implantable glucose telemeter within LabChart 8, connecting calibration measurements to the telemetry workflow. Its purpose is to bring HD-XG calibration into the LabChart environment used for recording and analyzing the experiment.

GlucoseCalibration runs on Windows systems with x86 architecture. The current version is 1.0.1400, and it fixes a defect that could apply calibration according to the document’s highest sample rate instead of the sample rate assigned to the glucose channel. Calibration data cannot be recovered if LabChart crashes, so a crash can permanently affect that information.

Calibration-point event markers may sometimes be missing, including being absent from the first sampling record; refreshing the chart view or reloading the document redraws the data and markers correctly. A temperature channel containing out-of-range values can also produce unexpected results when selected as the temperature-compensation source for glucose calibration.
