IED

Identify and clear explosive-filled cube layouts in three dimensions with IED, a spatial puzzle game on Android. It reimagines Minesweeper as a solid structure rather than a flat grid, asking you to reason about cubes from multiple directions. The goal is to interpret the clues around each position and distinguish dangerous cubes from safe ones.

The challenge extends beyond the eight surrounding cells familiar from two-dimensional Minesweeper. A cube may have as many as 26 neighboring positions, so solving a layout requires tracking depth, adjacency, and the structure’s overall shape. Puzzle spaces use cubes in various sizes, changing how much of the three-dimensional arrangement you must hold in view at once.

IED suits players who enjoy logic puzzles that depend on spatial visualization instead of conventional board scanning. It is open-source, making its code available within the terms of that license for users who want an inspectable or adaptable game. The arm64-v8a build requires Android 7.0 or later, and the current version is Ad Nauseam +2.
