Kivixa brings notes, sketches, plans, and local AI assistance into one privacy-first workspace, so you can move between written, visual, organizational, and AI-supported work in one place. You can create and organize notes for everyday work, sketch ideas visually, and arrange tasks or concepts through planning features. Local AI assistance operates as part of the workspace, keeping help centered within the product.
The cross-platform workspace suits people who need to capture information, express ideas visually, and organize work without switching between separate applications. Typical uses include maintaining personal or work notes, outlining projects, arranging tasks, and developing ideas through a combination of text and sketches.
The current release adds minute-and-second inputs for custom quick presets and routine blocks, while chained routine timers continue in the background and update Android notifications accurately when the app is backgrounded. Completed timers can play the selected notification audio, including appropriate handling of foreground media and background native audio states. Its math engine now closes unpaired brackets automatically, recognizes implicit multiplication such as 2(3+1) and hc, and supports sec, csc, cot, asin, acos, atan, asec, acsc, and acot. Scientific constants now include c, G, h, kB, NA, and R, and background-service testing covers timer behavior.
