The app combines train schedules, route planning, station details, and trip-cost information for the full Kochi Metro network, helping riders prepare underground or in areas with unreliable connectivity. It is a native Android app in the Navigation & Travel category for metro commuters, visitors, and anyone checking a journey before reaching the station.

Offline use comes from official Kochi Metro GTFS schedules stored on the device, keeping timetable and route information available while disconnected. A GPS-based station locator uses the device’s location to identify the nearest metro station. Its live tracker displays upcoming departures and directions to the appropriate platform.

Privacy is a central design choice: Kochi Transit Go includes neither analytics nor advertising trackers, limits itself to necessary permissions, and keeps location information on the device. Version 1.0 is the initial release, bringing offline route planning, fare calculation, train schedules, and station information across the complete metro network.
