Koodo Reader is an open-source ebook reader for Linux in the Education category. It is designed for people who read ebooks, documents, and other digital texts in a simple reading environment. The software also supports Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and the Web.

Koodo Reader supports EPUB, PDF, DRM-free Mobipocket, Kindle AZW3 and AZW, plain text, FictionBook, comic book archives, rich text, and several HTML-based formats. Users can choose single-column, two-column, or continuous scrolling layouts. The reader supports bookmarks, notes, highlights, text highlighting, underlining, bold text, italics, and text shadow. It also provides text-to-speech, translation, dictionary tools, touch screen support, and batch import. AI translation, an AI dictionary, and AI summarization are included for supported reading and language tasks.

Readers can adjust font size, font family, line spacing, paragraph spacing, background color, text color, margins, and brightness. Night mode and theme color options provide additional control over the reading interface. Books can be imported from OneDrive, Google Drive, MEGA, Aliyun Drive, Box, FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, and Object Storage. The same services, along with Dropbox and pCloud, can be used to sync and back up data.
