About
Open existing LabChart recordings in LabChart Reader to inspect measurements without using the full data-acquisition environment. The program opens LabChart data files and imports other file formats, giving users access to previously collected information in one workspace. It is a free, reduced-functionality edition intended for people who need to examine existing data rather than record new measurements.
Users can view and scroll through recorded signals, then configure or change calculation and analysis settings as they investigate the data. The results of that analysis can also be printed for reports, lab records, or discussion. LabChart Reader cannot record new data or save data, so edited analysis work cannot be preserved as a new data file. Other analysis modules and extensions are unsupported, although the Spirometry and Cardiac Axis Extensions can be installed; Send and Publish are unavailable.
ADInstruments publishes LabChart Reader for Windows, and the x86 software is currently version 8.1.30400. It suits students, researchers, clinicians, and colleagues who receive LabChart files for review or printing but do not need acquisition controls. This release includes fixes that allow computers using recent Intel graphics drivers to progress beyond the LC8 splash screen correctly. Complementary LabChart software and PowerLab data-acquisition hardware systems are available from ADInstruments for workflows that extend beyond reviewing existing files.
Architecture: x86
