Link Clear removes tracking parameters from URLs before you use or share them, helping prevent analytics and attribution data from traveling with a link. It is designed for people who want to inspect the parts of a URL being removed and approve the cleaned result through an explicit action. After processing, a confirmation screen lets you copy, share, or open the revised link.

An optional Automatic action can carry out one selected result immediately. The Android Quick Settings tile named Clean clipboard applies the cleaner to the current clipboard contents with one tap. In the built-in Paste Clean / Paste Raw editor, pasted text is shown in a live before-and-after view so you can see exactly what cleaning removed.

Link Clear includes its URL rules locally and works offline by default, without runtime permissions or background clipboard monitoring. It acts when you explicitly share a link, use Clean clipboard, or paste text into the editor; resolving shortened URLs such as t.co and bit.ly and manually refreshing the bundled rules are optional network features disabled by default. The application is open-source under the GNU General Public License version 3.0, while its URL-cleaning rules come from ClearURLs under the LGPL-3.0 license.

This Android Internet & Browsers software requires Android 8.0 or later and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 devices. Version 1.0.3 fixes packaging for F-Droid reproducible builds by excluding the AGP dependency-metadata block from the signed APK, with behavior unchanged from version 1.0.1.
