Turn digital photographs into accurate 3D spatial data with Metashape, using photogrammetry rather than treating images only as viewable or editable pictures. Agisoft’s Windows software supports aerial nadir and oblique photography, close-range imagery, satellite images, scanned photographs with fiducial marks, and 360° panorama stitching. Automatic calibration covers frame cameras, including fisheye models, as well as spherical and cylindrical cameras.

It can reconstruct archaeological sites, artifacts, buildings, interiors, people, and other subjects, with model-editing tools for refining results. Automatic multi-class point classification, color correction for consistent textures, and an internal ghosting filter help customize reconstruction and reduce artifacts from moving objects. Projects can produce digital surface or terrain models, photorealistic HDR or multifile textures including UDIM layouts, and city-scale models that retain the source image resolution for texturing.

Georeferencing can use EXIF data, flight logs, ground control points, or EPSG coordinate systems such as WGS84 and UTM, with configurable vertical datums based on geoid-undulation grids. DEM editing includes breakline drawing and fill tools, while orthomosaics can be exported as GIS-compatible GeoTIFF files or KML for Google Earth; huge projects can be divided into blocks. Scale bars provide reference distances, and built-in tools measure distances, areas, and volumes.

Metashape also handles aerial LiDAR attributes, external and marker-based laser-scan registration, LiDAR ground-point classification, coded or non-coded target detection, and laser-scan viewing in Model view. It supports professional 3D monitors and controllers for stereoscopic vectorization, many export formats and direct uploads to online resources, multi-camera rigs, time-sequenced visual-effects reconstruction, and camera-station reconstruction from at least two positions. Version 2.2.2 is an x64 System Tools release for Windows.
