Polarsteps10.10.0

Plan a trip, track its route on a digital world map, and share each stage with friends and family using Polarsteps. The Android app combines navigation and travel planning for journeys ranging from extended travel to short local adventures.

An AI itinerary planner can create an adventure from past trips or current goals. Destination snapshots outline places, explain why they may suit a travel style, and show which friends have visited them. Users can add notes, accommodation details, must-see locations, planned activities, and transport for each leg, while following other explorers can provide travel ideas.

During a journey, Travel Buddies can be invited to track together, and each step can include photos, videos, and stories. Travel stats record countries visited and distances covered, with options to save favorite places, activities, and transport modes such as planes, trains, and tuk tuks.

Privacy controls set an adventure’s visibility for everyone, followers only, or the user alone. Past journeys can be revisited through their places, photos, stories, and stats, or turned into Trip Reels and printed Travel Books.
