Proton Lumo AI

Proton Lumo AI is an unofficial desktop application for Proton’s Lumo.ai on Linux. It gives Linux users a native desktop way to work with that service. The project is categorized as Productivity and distributed under an open-source license.

The application can remain available from the system tray, where a show/hide toggle controls whether its window is visible. It includes optional autostart on login for users who want it to start with their Linux session. Ctrl+/- keyboard controls provide zoom adjustment within the application. These features keep its main access and display controls available through the Linux desktop.

Proton Lumo AI detects when the system is offline and supports automatic reconnection when connectivity returns. Links opened from the application are handled by the user’s default browser. External destinations therefore open outside the application’s own window.

MirrorNest mirrors the official build directly onto its own storage and scans it for malware before publishing. This provides a catalog distribution point for the Linux build. Because the project is unofficial and community-made, it is not affiliated with Proton AG.
