Schedule recording sessions in advance with Scheduler, coordinating acquisition across one or more LabChart data files. The ADInstruments extension is designed for LabChart users who need recordings to follow a defined timetable instead of starting each session manually.

Each schedule can include an initial delay before recording begins, followed by repeated recording cycles. Those cycles can run across multiple LabChart data files and continue through a specified end time, giving planned experiments a defined recording window. Scheduler concentrates on controlling recording times rather than providing general-purpose data analysis.

It is suited to researchers and technicians organizing recurring LabChart recordings or workflows that depend on precise timing. The extension can also operate with external scheduling hardware, including the TR Scheduler Pod, for setups that use a separate timing device.

Scheduler runs on Windows with x86 architecture and is currently at version 2.2.0400. This release improves autosave behavior and makes it easier to open existing LabChart documents that contain Scheduler settings.
