Turn a compatible Android device into a live sensor source by selecting readings and sending them across a network with UDP. Sensa Gram is designed for developers, researchers, and technology enthusiasts who need to transmit device measurements to a specified IP address or server. It provides a practical way to feed real-time Android sensor data into another application or experimental setup.

Users choose the desired sensors from the app’s list and press Stream to begin transmission. Readings are delivered in JSON format to the configured network endpoint. Motion data includes accelerometer and gyroscope measurements, while position-related options include magnetic-field and rotation-vector sensors. The app can also send environmental readings such as light and temperature, together with GPS and other location data.

A separate UDP server must be configured to receive the incoming stream, and UDP is used to keep delivery latency low for live readings. Sensa Gram 1.5.2 runs on Android 5.0 or later and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 device architectures. It is open-source software focused on transmitting the sensors available through Android devices.
