About
Share text from an Android app directly to an InputStick by choosing Share To InputStick from the system Share menu. The app adds its own destination to Android’s standard sharing interface, allowing content from any app that supports text sharing to enter the InputStick workflow. This avoids handling the text through a separate copy-and-paste step and keeps the transfer within the normal sharing action.
Share To InputStick is designed for Android users who regularly pass text through InputStick, such as when moving text from another mobile app into an InputStick session. Its scope is intentionally specific: it transfers shared text rather than serving as a general-purpose handler for other content formats. The source application must support Android’s sharing function for text to be sent through this integration.
The application requires Android 6.0 or newer and uses Universal architecture. It is open-source software. Version 3.8.0 introduces a new build created to comply with Google’s abusive developer verification program.
