Silent Install Builder bundles several applications into a single package and deploys them quietly across multiple Windows computers, with each program running in the background without manual interaction. AprelTech designed it for enterprise software deployment, allowing administrators to create .exe or .msi (Windows Installer) packages for individual end users or network-wide distribution.

Packages can be assigned through Group Policy, SCCM, Intune, or other third-party deployment systems. The program records UI automation scripts, runs PowerShell, CMD, VBS, and other command files, and can combine multiple application installations into one unattended operation. It also detects command-line options for most common setup packages, reducing the effort of configuring silent execution.

JavaScript conditions let administrators control when actions occur and make file or registry changes during deployment. Applications can also be removed according to their names and version conditions, which supports repeatable maintenance as well as initial rollout. These capabilities suit IT administrators managing workstation fleets, enterprise application rollouts, and standardized employee environments.

The current 6.4.1.0 release is a Windows System Tools program for x86 systems. It is provided as an evaluation edition, and its deployment integrations and scripting features are intended for users who can work with Windows administration tools.
