SoulCalc

SoulCalc is an open-source calculator for Android in the Time & Calculators category. It presents calculations in a notepad-style workspace rather than limiting the user to one expression at a time. This combines the straightforward use of a basic calculator with the flexibility of editing text.

Users can write multiple calculations on separate lines and define named variables such as $price = 100 for use in later expressions. Results from earlier lines can be referenced with markers such as $1 and $2. Calculations are evaluated in real time, so results appear as the text is entered. A built-in calculator keyboard provides quick access to mathematical operators.

SoulCalc supports percentage operations, including expressions such as 100+10% = 110, along with exponents using ^ and square roots using sqrt. Lines beginning with # can contain comments, allowing notes to be kept alongside the calculations. Any displayed result can be copied to the clipboard, and calculations are automatically saved. The app also provides light and dark themes and includes a built-in help guide.

As a free Android application with no ads or trackers, it keeps its calculator and notepad functions focused on the calculation itself.
