Fill each Sudoku board by placing numbers so that no number appears more than once in any row, column, or designated subsection. Privacy Friendly Sudoku turns this familiar logic puzzle into a distraction-free Android game from SECUSO, with boards designed for focused practice, casual play, or a daily challenge.

Choose a 6×6 grid divided into 2×3 subsections, a 9×9 grid with 3×3 subsections, or a 12×12 grid using 3×4 subsections. Each format provides four difficulty levels based on the solving strategies required, rather than simply on the number of clues shown. The puzzle generator aims to use the minimum number of preset values needed for a solvable board, while custom puzzles let players create challenges of arbitrary difficulty in any of the three modes.

Import and export functions allow puzzles to be exchanged with other users, and the Daily Sudoku creates a new board each day that is identical for everyone using the app. Light and dark display modes accommodate different surroundings and preferences.

The app is open-source and uses no device permissions or advertising, distinguishing it from ad-supported puzzle games that can interrupt play and consume battery. Version 3.2.6 supports Android 4.2 and later with a universal architecture.
