Untracker strips tracking information from web links before you pass them to another person or service, giving you a cleaner URL to share. On Android, send a link to Untracker through the system sharesheet; it processes the address and lets you copy or share the cleaned result. This creates a direct step between receiving a link and forwarding it elsewhere.

You can also select text containing a link and choose Untrack from Android’s selection toolbar. Untracker removes tracking data from the selected content and replaces it in place, providing an alternative to sending the text through the sharesheet. These workflows suit ordinary link copying and sharing, including links encountered within larger passages of text.

Rule management lets users control the app’s cleaning behavior or add their own rules. Written in JavaScript, these rules determine which tracking information is removed and allow the handling of different link patterns to be customized. As open-source software in the Internet & Browsers category, Untracker is aimed at Android users who want to clean links during everyday sharing.

Version 1.0.8 adds and improves built-in rules and introduces a zh-TW translation. It supports Android 5.0 and later on arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 devices.
