Feed measurements from a Nintendo Wii Balance Board into LabChart over a wireless Bluetooth connection, allowing the board to act as an input device for recording and analysis. The Wii Balance Board Device Enabler for LabChart manages communication between the Nintendo hardware and LabChart, making the board’s sensor readings available within that application.

The board’s four load sensors remain distinct because each one is assigned to a separate LabChart channel. LabChart users can combine those channels to derive measurements such as a person’s weight or center of balance. It is intended for people working with LabChart who want to incorporate Balance Board measurements into their measurement workflows.

The software is published by ADInstruments for Windows, runs on x86 architecture, and is in the System Tools category; the current version is 1.1.0400. Use it with a Nintendo Wii Balance Board and LabChart, with data transferred through Bluetooth. In this release, sampling no longer requires a PowerLab to be connected and switched on, and the displayed name of the Wii Balance Board has been improved.
