Antibody Software’s WizMouse is a Windows mouse enhancement utility in the System Tools category that redirects wheel activity from the focused window to the one under the pointer. WizMouse can translate wheel messages into scrollbar messages, allowing older applications that do not support mouse wheels to respond to scrolling.
