AutoDND switches Android’s Do Not Disturb mode on or off automatically when you open apps you have selected. You can set app-based toggles so notification behavior follows your current activities instead of requiring repeated manual changes. This makes it useful for Android users who want particular apps to trigger silence during focused or interruption-sensitive tasks.

During initial setup, tap the floating button to grant AutoDND notification policy access, then return to the app and tap the button again to activate its accessibility service. The first permission allows it to control Do Not Disturb, while the second lets it monitor which application is currently in use. Once both permissions are enabled, the chosen app rules operate through that monitoring process.

AutoDND identifies the foreground application through Android’s accessibility service, although unusual accessibility events can occasionally make detection imperfect. It contains no network-related code, so its operation does not rely on network communication. Version 3.3 is open-source, runs on Android 8.0 and later, and uses a Universal architecture.
