The program can print payment tickets for customers, including through a thermal printer. Once the festival ends, it calculates the amounts that must be paid back to the authors. This links transaction recording at the sales desk with the financial settlement required after the event.

Developed by Raphael Borrelli, BdArt Librairie runs on Linux with snapd and targets the x86_64 (amd64) architecture. Its snap permissions use the removable-media and mount-observe connections for file access, along with raw-usb for USB devices and ticket printers.
