Bibel-Kapitel-Losung1.0

Bibel-Kapitel-Losung selects a Bible book and chapter at random as soon as the user taps its button. This turns the traditional Bibelstechen practice—opening a Bible at an arbitrary passage—into a quick digital choice. The result shows the selected book together with its chapter number, giving the reader a clear starting point for personal Bible reading.

The chosen chapter can then be read in any Bible app the user prefers or looked up in a paper Bible. The app is intended for people who want a spontaneous prompt for reading the Bible and a simple way to begin a devotional moment. It works offline and allows selections to be made as often as desired. It runs without access rights or registration, carries no charge, and contains no advertising.

Bibel-Kapitel-Losung is open-source Android software in the Reading & Writing category, with version 1.0 requiring Android 5.0 or later and supporting Universal architecture. The application is currently German-language, while an English version is planned for a later release.
