About

Use Google Go to ask questions by typing, speaking, taking a photo, or searching with video, then explore answers and links from across the web. AI Mode provides responses to difficult questions, supports follow-up queries, and accepts text, voice, or images as prompts. AI Overviews summarize key information, while links let you investigate topics such as repairing a broken zipper in greater depth.

Google Lens identifies plants, animals, products, and objects through the camera, finds similar images or shopping sources, and can refine results with words such as a color or an action. It translates text in real time across more than 100 languages, performs reverse-image searches, solves math problems with step-by-step guidance, and offers homework help for math, physics, and word problems. Search Live enables a real-time conversation using your voice and camera, with answers and web links displayed as you interact.

Hum to Search can identify a song from a tune without lyrics, an artist name, or perfect pitch, including music playing nearby. Discover presents personalized news, articles, and videos based on subjects that interest you. The intelligent Search box accepts text, video, and other inputs, while Gemini models assist with planning, research, brainstorming, agent tasks, and coding.

Google Go suits students, travelers, shoppers, and curious users who need visual lookup, translation, research, or personalized updates. It runs on Android as freeware in the System Tools category. Searches use encrypted connections, profile controls provide one-click deletion of recent account history, and webspam filtering helps surface safer results. In the current release, Nano Banana transforms photos in Lens and creates images in AI Mode in selected languages and locations, while AI Mode is also available directly from the home screen.

Free to use — a paid version with additional features is also available.
