israeli-bank-scrapers-desktop0.3.0-beta

This local-running approach keeps passwords under the user’s control instead of requiring trust in a third party.

Built on the israeli-bank-scrapers project, the application uses Electron for its desktop layer and Vue for its front end. Its beta development is centered on a minimal useful workflow: importing and exporting financial data clearly, while addressing critical defects. The open-source code can be examined directly, and the project also aims to remain understandable for contributors through documentation and testing. Baruch Odem publishes the project, which began as a quickly assembled Node.js, Electron, and Vue implementation.

The current release is 0.3.0-beta and is intended for Linux users who want a desktop way to work with or evaluate israeli-bank-scrapers. It runs on Linux with snapd and targets x86_64 (amd64) systems. Development uses Yarn v1 Classic, while beta contributors can help with English corrections, design discussions, and tasks marked for assistance.
