Joplin

Joplin is an open-source note-taking and to-do application for Android. It is intended for people who want to create, organize, search, and maintain a large collection of notes in one app. Its notebooks provide a way to group notes, while tags and full-text search help users find and manage information.

Notes can be copied and edited in Joplin or in an external text editor, and they use Markdown format. The app can import plain Markdown files as well as notes from Evernote and other applications, including formatted content converted to Markdown, resources such as images and attachments, and available metadata. Joplin supports synchronization with cloud services including Nextcloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Joplin Cloud. Synchronization can use end-to-end encryption, and the application can be customized with plugins and themes, including ones users create themselves.
