OnePlus Flash Control1.6.2

Set the torch’s LED brightness and behavior on compatible OnePlus devices instead of relying solely on Android’s standard torch control. OnePlus Flash Control is an open-source Android system tool aimed at users who want finer control over the phone’s LEDs.

With root access, a 0–500 brightness slider controls the overall output, while the white and yellow LEDs can be tuned independently. Built-in safety limits keep brightness within defined thresholds and can lower settings automatically when necessary. Root also unlocks Eye Destroyer mode, which flashes the LEDs at maximum brightness and imposes a cooldown to restrict repeated use.

On devices without root, the app works through Android’s CameraManager API and exposes torch levels from 1 to 5. Its Quick Settings tile can switch LED brightness, cycle through those levels, and detect double-tap gestures, while the advanced controls remain unavailable. Tapping the app title five times within five seconds reveals hidden experimental features.

The current 1.6.2 release requires Android 11 or later and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 architectures. It is designed primarily for OnePlus phones, although it may also work on other Android 13 or later devices without official support. Rooted enthusiasts can use it for precise LED tuning, while non-rooted users still gain quick torch-level control with a more limited feature set.
