PhotoScape lets you view, correct, arrange, convert, and print photos, handling both individual images and groups in one desktop package. Its Viewer browses pictures from a folder and turns them into a slideshow, while Editor provides resizing, brightness and color adjustments, white-balance and backlight correction, cropping, filters, and red-eye removal. Editor also includes frames, balloons, mosaic effects, text, drawing, blooming, a paint brush, clone stamp, and effect brush.

Batch Editor applies changes to multiple photos, and batch Rename changes the filenames of many images at once. Color Picker magnifies an image to help locate and select a particular color. Page and Combine assemble several photos into one finished image inside a page frame or in vertical or horizontal layouts. Animated GIF creates an animated image from multiple photos, while Splitter divides one photo into several pieces.

Additional tools save screenshots, convert RAW images to JPG, search the Internet for similar faces, and print portraits, carte de visites, passport photos, lined paper, graph paper, music paper, and calendar paper.
