Capture text-based notes on an Android device, then organize them with tags and reminders so ideas remain available for later reading or continued writing. QuickNotes brings note capture, review, and lightweight organization into one place for people recording ideas, keeping reference material, or maintaining an ongoing writing workflow.

Search reaches note titles, note text, and tags, helping you find a particular idea without browsing every entry. Tag filters narrow the displayed notes to selected topics, and they can be combined with search to return to relevant material over time. Reminder notifications can be scheduled for notes or ideas that need attention later.

QuickNotes can generate AI-assisted tags when you provide an OpenAI API key, which you supply and control yourself. Notes remain on the device unless you choose to send data to the external API for that tagging task. As open-source Reading & Writing software, QuickNotes is for Android 11 or later and uses a universal architecture; the current release is version 1.0.7.
