About

Traffic Light monitors network and mobile data use on an Android device, showing how much traffic each data plan and SIM consumes. It combines at-a-glance usage analytics with detailed historical records, helping users check current activity and investigate longer-term consumption. Data-plan tracking supports multiple SIMs, and a status-bar indicator displays network activity where it can be seen quickly.

Privacy is central to the app: it performs no tracking, uses few permissions, and is designed to consume less battery than alternatives. Its fast, modern interface presents usage information in a polished visual design for people managing cellular allowances, checking connectivity, or looking into unexpected traffic. Shizuku can be used when configuring multi-SIM tracking.

Version 3.2 reworks the network-speed tracking logic so readings should be accurate with both regular and split-tunneling VPN connections, and unforeseen issues can be reported to the project. The release also allows existing data plans to be edited and includes numerous interface improvements, major dependency updates and migrations, and general polishing.

Traffic Light runs on Android 9 or later and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 architectures. It is open-source software, and bug reports or feature suggestions should follow the project’s issue template, with feature requests explaining their practical usefulness.

Requires Android 9+ · Architecture: arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, x86
