Wallpapers lets you replace the image on an Android phone’s display with a personal photo or a curated scene. You can choose from the Google Earth collection, scenic images from Google+, and artwork supplied by other partners. The available collection continues to grow, giving you several kinds of imagery to browse and use.

You can change the wallpaper whenever you want, or select a category that supplies a different image each day. The app can put one image on the lock screen and another on the home screen, though this separate-screen option requires Android 7.0 Nougat or later. It suits people who want their phone’s appearance to follow changing interests, travel memories, seasonal themes, or a daily rotation.

Using your own photos requires access to Photos/Media/Files, while storage access is required both to show the current wallpaper and to use custom photos. Wallpapers is freeware, and a paid version with additional features is also available. The current Android release, version 1.3.169416333, includes user-interface improvements and bug fixes.

Free to use — a paid version with additional features is also available.
