XBTS: Crypto wallet and DeFi lets Linux users store, manage, and exchange digital assets from one wallet, including BTC, ETH, BTS, STH, and other supported coins. Each completed swap creates a corresponding transaction record on the blockchain, while access to the wallet depends on a passphrase that the user must protect.

Its BitShares-powered XBTS DEX supports buying, selling, and exchanging cryptocurrency across more than 20,000 trading pairs. Three-second blocks support near-instant trading for activities such as scalping and arbitrage, while the globally distributed network operates without a single point of failure or central authority.

DeFi features include flash loans with no collateral that are repaid within the same transaction, plus collateralized loans for locking assets, borrowing, and repaying at an agreed term; users can manage loan offers as borrowers or earn fees as lenders without margin calls or price feeds. Liquidity providers can supply DeFi pools, receive a share of trading fees, and use pools without lock-ups, while the platform offers 50% of XBTS trading profits in BTC, STH, HIVE, USDT, DOGE, and other cryptocurrencies through automatic payments on the first and fifteenth of each month. A built-in Grid Bot places geometric limit-order grids and rebalances them as prices move, supporting automated grid and market-making strategies.

Trading begins with a named account created directly on the BitShares blockchain, without KYC/AML, SMS verification, or email verification; the account is the blockchain address, and the exchange does not hold its funds or keys.
