Build surveys, quizzes, and feedback forms without writing code, then use the responses to gather opinions and improve services, features, or releases. Zenforms lets teams publish a form as a standalone page, so a separate website is not required. Existing sites can host the same forms through an iframe.

Sub-forms handle detailed, nested information, such as the people attached to a reservation or the products included on an invoice. Teams can collaborate around their forms and use them to capture project data, customer suggestions, and other responses from people who matter to their work. Forms can be created, edited, and published from different screen sizes and locations, with offline and native app support.

Zenforms is part of the Zenkit Suite, allowing form results to be used in products such as Zenkit Base and enabling forms for existing Zenkit Collections. Zenchat provides a place to discuss tasks, projects, or data from other Zenkit products and open a chat directly. The underlying Zenkit platform includes roles and groups, SCIM provisioning, SAML and two-factor identity management, and audit capabilities, while data handling follows GDPR Article 5.1–2 principles.
