Airsonic Music Streamer10.6.0

Stream music and movies from the collection stored on your own computer, using Airsonic Music Streamer to reach that media from different places. It turns a personal library into a source for listening and viewing instead of directing you to a separate commercial media service. Your computer remains the home of the collection, while the streamer provides a way to access its contents remotely.

Listeners can keep their music available across locations, and viewers can use the same arrangement for movies held in their own collection. The program centers on personally managed media, so the material being streamed comes from the user’s collection rather than a commercial content library. A household can leave its library on one computer and use the streamer when listening or viewing from another place. Developed and published by Terence, it is aimed at people who want to manage and use their media on their own terms.

Airsonic Music Streamer runs on Linux and supports the x86_64 (amd64) architecture. Linux systems require snapd for it to run. Version 10.6.0 is distributed as open-source software.
