Create, edit, animate, and render complete 3D scenes with Blender LTS, a 3D creation suite for producing visual content from initial models through finished shots. It combines modeling, sculpting, UV work, drawing, animation, visual effects, scripting, and rendering in one workspace, helping artists avoid switching programs during production.

Its built-in Cycles engine provides path-traced rendering, real-time viewport previews, CPU and GPU rendering, PBR shaders, HDR lighting, and VR rendering. Modeling tools support full N-Gons, edge sliding, insets, grid and bridge fills, while sculpting adds advanced brushes, multiresolution and dynamic subdivision, textured-brush painting, masking, and Python-based custom tools or add-ons. Geometry Nodes Physics is a focus of the 5.2 LTS development direction, and rendering scenes containing many image textures is more memory-efficient in this release line.

VFX users can import raw footage, track cameras and objects automatically or manually, mask areas, reconstruct cameras, and preview the footage with the 3D scene in real time, including planar tracking and tripod solvers. Animation and rigging provide envelope, skeleton, and automatic skinning, B-spline-interpolated bones, curve editors, dope sheets, and custom bone shapes; these tools are used for short films, advertisements, television series, and feature films. Story artists can draw directly in a 3D viewport, while designers, developers, engineers, and artists extend their work through a large ecosystem of tutorials, content creators, add-on developers, and marketplaces.

The current version is 5.2.2 for macOS on Apple Silicon (arm64), and the freeware is licensed under the GNU GPL. Blender is supported by AMD, Apple, Intel, NVIDIA, and Qualcomm and participates in ASWF, Khronos, the Linux Foundation, and OIN.
