Connect Fonts28.1.9

Connect Fonts lets creative teams organize, license, deploy, and govern fonts across teams, partners, regions, production environments, and day-to-day workflows. It brings fonts from creative libraries, local folders, projects, and email attachments into a managed system that helps reduce version-control and compliance problems. Auto-Activation with Font Sense™ identifies and activates the correct font version in Adobe design applications.

Teams can import existing collections, build centralized shared libraries, apply smart tags and searches, and assign permissions to colleagues or outside collaborators. Reporting and analytics provide visibility into font usage, with basic and advanced capabilities available for different team needs. Project risk tools scan Adobe project files for licensing issues before publication, while license tracking replaces spreadsheet-based monitoring with current compliance information.

The service supports font access through subscriptions as well as individual font purchases for particular projects, and its catalog offers more than 400,000 fonts for searching, previewing, and activation. Workflow connections include Adobe plugins, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Application Support, and tools for web projects such as domain assignment and hosting options. It is suited to growing brands, large creative departments, agencies, studios, and organizations working across InDesign layouts, After Effects videos, PowerPoint presentations, and websites.

Connect Fonts 28.1.8 is freeware in the Photo & Graphics category for macOS 13 Ventura or later, with support for both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. Teams adopting it should account for the subscription-based font services and individual font purchases described above when planning their licensing workflow.
